At Quezolsoft LLC, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline, you are eligible for a full refund.
Unsatisfactory Work: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, we will attempt to revise it. If revisions fail to meet expectations, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with Quezolsoft LLC under the following terms:
Before Work Begins: Cancellations before project commencement are eligible for a full refund of any advance payments.
After Work Begins: If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed, at our discretion.

Cancellations will be confirmed within 48 hours, and any applicable refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Project Delivery Policy
Quezolsoft LLC delivers services digitally, including websites, mobile apps, and AI solutions. Delivery timelines are as follows:
Timeline: Delivery timelines are specified in the project agreement, typically ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months, depending on complexity.
Delivery Method: Completed projects are delivered via secure digital transfer (e.g., cloud storage, GitHub repository, or client-specified platforms).
Delays: If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised timeline.
